Green Chile With Pork Recipe
- 1/2 lb. Ground Pork
- 1 Cup White Onion
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Tsp. Beef Bullion
- 1/4 Cup Garlic
- 1/2-1 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Cups Hot New Mexico Chile
- Brown ground pork on a medium heat. Add onion and Flour. Let flour brown.
- Add 2 Cups water to the mixture, then add beef bullion, salt, and garlic.
- Simmer until mixture becomes thick.
- Add New Mexico green chile and simmer for 5-10 minutes on a med-low heat.
- Serve on your favorite New Mexican dish.
