Green Chile With Pork Recipe
1/2 lb. Ground Pork
1 Cup White Onion
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Water
1 Tsp. Beef Bullion
1/4 Cup Garlic
1/2-1 Tsp. Salt
2 Cups Hot New Mexico Chile
Brown ground pork on a medium heat. Add onion and Flour. Let flour brown.
Add 2 Cups water to the mixture, then add beef bullion, salt, and garlic.
Simmer until mixture becomes thick.
Add New Mexico green chile and simmer for 5-10 minutes on a med-low heat.
Serve on your favorite New Mexican dish.
