(April 6, 2016)—Albuquerque, New Mexico—Talk about a great selection of craft brews and freshly made NY style pizza. Slice Parlor has been bringing in the local Albuquerque crowd for a few years now, and believe me, the folks come in droves. Every time I’ve been to this little gem of a restaurant the tables are packed with everyone from college aged folks to families with their kids. The atmosphere could not be more welcoming or inviting. The staff is always quick to help and to offer up suggestions on pizza toppings or their newest local beer on tap. Their pizza dough is made from scratch and is hand stretched daily, and their special recipe tomato sauce contains only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Everything they do is by hand, which makes for an incredibly delicious crust every single time. And to top it all off, they have daily specials that offer up a fantastic value. Run, do not walk, to Slice Parlor. And if I can make a suggestion, I highly recommend a huge slice of cheese pizza with fresh basil, tomato and feta cheese. In fact, I wonder if 8:30 a.m. is too early to order a pizza. Maybe you can pick me up a slice?
