Green Chile Cream Cheese Wraps Recipe
10 servings of 2 rolls
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Hot New Mexico Green Chile (roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped)
- 2-3 homemade tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated colby jack or cheddar cheese
Mix the cheese, green chile, tomato, garlic, and cream cheese thoroughly. Spread this mixture over the tortillas.
Roll the tortillas tight. Cut them crosswise into 5 slices.
