The real question is, who doesn’t like chicharónes? Some like them golden-brown, some like them a little burned. If you like green chile, you’ll love this combo. Makes for an excellent snack.

- 2 cups Pork Chicharrón (cooked)
- 1 Large Tomato (diced)
- 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
- 4 large New Mexico Green Chiles (roasted, peeled, seeded, chopped)
- 1/2 large Onion (chopped finely)
Note: If you want more it to be hotter, add more chile
