As we all know, green chile goes with everything. A lot of the time we don’t have the time to make elaborate meals, and sometimes we wind up just eating a tortilla with roasted green chile. This time, instead of taking the easy way out, spend the extra time to make this delicious quiche, made with basic ingredients that you may already have in your pantry.
You’ll thank me because this is delicious!!
Ingredients for Crustless Green Chile Quiche Recipe
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup New Mexico Green Chile
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 6 tbsp sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1/4 cup Onion; chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon (cooked, crumbled)
Crustless Green Chile Quiche Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a food processor or blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, and flour. Mix until there are no lumps remaining. Pour into large bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into 9″ pie plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes its own crust!!
