Albuquerque, NM – On May 9 at Presbyterian Healthcare Services’ Rev. Hugh Cooper Administrative Center, hundreds of families and business leaders will join together in the March of Dimes annual March for Babies, presented by Presbyterian Healthcare Services. The walk will be led by local ambassadors, the Sisneros Family. Last year, more than 1,400 people attended the walking event – and raised $220,000 to support the March of Dimes. Opening ceremonies will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the walk around Balloon Fiesta Park will begin at 9:00 a.m. Music, food, kid’s games and family activities will take place after the walk at the park.

The Sisneros family is serving as March of Dimes Ambassadors this year, led by mom,

Casandra Sisneros, whose son Cisco was born with laryngomalacia and spent time in Neonatal Intensive Care, fighting for his life. Casandra and her family will be sharing their story and inviting others to join them by forming March for Babies teams to raise money and support the March of Dimes. Anyone can sign up today at www.marchforbabies.org and start a fundraising team with co-workers, family and friends. For help or more information, contact Beth Urrea (505) 933-6421 or Eurrea@marchofdimes.org.

This Executive Leadership Team has taken on the challenge of raising $265,000.00 for the 2015 March for Babies Campaign.
