(April 20, 2015) – Hozier’s incredible momentum continues to roll, with the acclaimed Irish singer/songwriter adding fall dates to his already sold-out spring and summer tours (see dates below). Hozier’s self-titled debut has passed the coveted Gold milestone, conquering multiple radio, viral, and video platforms with the album’s seminal single “Take Me To Church” going quadruple platinum. His current single “Work Song,” which he recently performed on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon is climbing the charts with the video surpassing 3 million views. Hozier has also been nominated for 5 Billboard Music Awards, including Top New Artist, Top Rock Album, Top Rock Song, and Top Streaming song. The charismatic star will be performing live at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on May 17 at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena, and airing live on ABC at 8:00 PM ET. The tour is stopping in Albuquerque at Sandia Resort & Casino on October 9th. Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 24th at 10am at Ticketmaster and the venue box office.
Garnering rave reviews on his current spring/summer tour, Hozier recently took the main stage at Coachella wowing audiences with his spirited set. The newly announced fall dates run through September and October, kicking off Friday, September 4, in Aspen, CO, and touching down in key locales along the way, including New York City’s Radio City Music Hall on September 29. The fall dates close out at The Greek Theatre in Berkley, CA, on October 23.
